Metabolic syndrome is bullshit. If medical people didn't site "metabolic slowdown" to "there, there" the customer, most patients wouldn't come back. Infinite numbers of books for ideas, just got done with "Atomic Habits," Do this: Google some people older than you, more out of shape than you, who were able to pull the nose up, before terminal velocity. Find an article, print it out, staple it the front of your journal. Move, communicate, and document. Good Luck.

I need to find diet
I do online games when I really crave insanely, just dont eat. I play Battlefiled 2 when I really want to eat until bed time, that is how I use computer internet to sometimes beat the Hunger demon.

Supplements
Vitamins are good for anything the psycho boost of getting 100% Shaklee vitamins are seriously tested and operated by a very religious group of people. So have the nutrition to look good and fight evil. Not like "hand to hand" but just reduce weakness to infiltration. God Luck

Easy, low-calorie (less than 400 calories) recipes?
I see this not a battle with food, but the battle against feeling so deprived, all I can think about is how hungry I am, and cant focus on anything else. This is what I do and I feel full til lunch 2 eggs, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup water, all microwaved for 5:56 minutes, this will cause much steam so I have a small glass bowl inside another glass pot with a lid so the all the water doesn't make a mess in the oven.

Once this is out of the oven, I add 1/4 cup real Hormel bacon bits, and also two table spoons of cinnamon, and/or one tablespoon of fajita seasoning,

660 calories but it 100% unprocessed, 0 sugar, basically 0 carbs,

Olive oil (Goya brand) has body health benefits and gives the satisfied feeling, cinnamon is appetite suppressor,

This is not a "showboat" meal, but I have no hunger, and can make it to my next meal, Breakfast is the toughest meal of the day,
