What's possible?
Hi Snow..

I'm 155 cm, so it's just about on the edge, I'm still not sure whether I'll stop at 50, but will see when I get there Smile

I usually eat salmon & veggies - and tuna & mayo & cucumber (sometimes with onions) and if I'm a little bit snack hungry doing the day, I eat eggs and bacon, but rarely as I'm a bit tired of the taste tbh!

I'm trying to drink about 2-2.5litres of water a day.. but I've read on forums that you need to eat your BMR + 100 (which would be 1600 ish) But I'm usually not even hitting 900 calories Razz

How many calories have you been getting?
How much exercise are you doing a day?

What's possible?
Hi peeps.

How much do you think is possible to lose (in kgs) before Christmas?

I'm going to do Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred every evening and I'm exercising besides that every day.
It's either a walk around my town (takes 45 mins ish) or doing weights for 30 mins.
Tuesdays I'm only doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred, as I got a really busy day and usually not home until 21 in the evening.

I need to lose 40 kg in total and I've got the aim to lose it by June next year (latest). Smile
