I'm slightly confused with my diet
Bad Carbs: SUGAR

Good Carbs: From fruit only 2 pieces a day, Oatmeal, Potatoes, Rice. All these in moderation offcourse and try not to eat carbs in the evening before sleep.

Fat is not your enemy, it is sugar that you want too avoid.

remember that your body will burn 2000 Kcal just too function normally, so stay at around 1500 to 2000 Kcal but never under 1500. Increase your Kcal intake abit when you are more active. Stay around 500 Kcal per day under your Kcal that you burn per day.
