New again & need encouragement/buddies!
Me too! Joined again today after gaining back 8 lbs since April. My husband and I eat together and enable each other, so any encouragement from those of you in a relationship like this would be greatly appreciated!

Fat Secret no longer tracking Weight Watchers Points !!
I am doing it! i can't believe they did this! this is the only reason I use this!

Wii Active users!
OK, I got my board re-battieried, plugged in my new Biggest Loser game and did half and hour circuit training in addition to the bicycling from earlier and i am feeling good about my first day on the new challenge! Thanks for the encouragement.

Looking For Reward Suggestions
I have found simple pleasures are rewarding, even if my conscious mind doesn't reason them to be. ie, walking through a flower garden, listening to pleasant music, spritzing on a little cologne, are all rewarding IF they are connected to the behavior I am trying to increase. Also, if a behavior you want to increase (exercise) is paired with a behavior you are already likely to do (Watch TV?), you are more likely to increase the wanted behavior (exercise). (Master's in behavioral science gave me those little tips...they work!)
