I usually stay away from them, and just go natural. I tried Herbalife back in the day, but I didn't see any improvement, so I just dropped them.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?

Ditto. I remember so many people telling me not to look at the scale every day, the reason being it will easily discourage you. When I drop three or four pounds in a week, it's almost like a Christmas present...then I start doing the cabbage patch dance.

getting disocouraged
68cougar, it'll take a while until you'll notice some great differences. Try not to keep going onto the scale all the time, as this will discourage you.
