I'm battling my ass off to stay motivated.... I look at the pics on FS of before and after but somehow when i get home i just seem to totally go batshit crazy with anything and mayo... Anyone have any tips that might work? I keep rewarding myself which mucks up my progress and I just can't seem to stay away from snacking!!!! Especially at night... I'm a hectically emotional eater, and when something bugs me i eat... And i get moody a lot...

How do people keep it up on the weekend?
Ive resorted to becoming a hermit.. Just for the first 2 months. No going out, no socializing. Only watch movies with the hubby. The temptations out there are just way too scary! Must admit, it makes it easier that I don't have any children yet.. So i can hide at home away from the cocktails jumping at me everywhere. Everything just seems to smell and look so much nicer over weekends!!!

I am 97.2 kgs ughhhhhh....!!!!!
Yep its me too... But what helps is obsessing about healthy foods... The more i focus on what healthy food i'll be making for dinner or lunch the next day the more time passes. Also, looking at other peoples progress so far really helps too. Well sort of...LOL

Crazy little tricks to keep your diet on track
I took a naked pic of myself... Full length. not hiding from the mirror. When I feel the urge to mini binge on something sweet, I look at the picture. Keeps me going.... and motivates me to go to the gym even if its at 9pm!!

Duromine sukses stories??
Duromine made me sick as a dog... Ended up in hospital, by taking the normal dr recommended dose... Still overweight, but proper eating seems to be the only thing that works.. Sadly no quick fix for losing weight. En die gewiggies kom altyd weer terug.. be it thinz, duromine, leanor.... Dit kom net weer terug en dan kan ons maaande later ma weer met die selle drek begin.
