I am a "swarthy" 46 yr old male my weight having creeped up on me rather quickly, in part as a result of the tiredness and lethargy that comes with a diagnosis of sleep apnea. I would go home after work, skip the gym, have a nap, and eat as I always did. I noticed that clothing was getting tight and was almost relieved to get my apnea diagnosis as it helped me identify and begin working to resolve the weight gain, and the "metabolic syndrome" that goes hand in hand with a BMI of 34 and a diagnosis of "morbid obesity" - That was an eye opener! Since that time, and with the help of Weight Watchers and now FatSecret, I have been able to add structure to my eating habits, to quantify what I eat, to recognize when I go overboard, and learn from the experience. FS has also enabled me to recognize the value of healthy eating by comparing the values of some of the things I used to eat with new healthy alternatives. The values for some of the stuff I ignorantly noshed on in the past is mind-boggling, and far behind me now. I have managed to cut out ~1,000 calories/day (comfortably) and have been consistent in losing ~ 2 lbs weekly. As my weight drops and my activity levels have increased (gym/swim) I have been able to add in a few more treats, and still keep my metabolisnm kicking enought to ward off weight gain. FS - I LOVE you!

Turning OFF preset activity in Exercise tracker
Somehow I managed to add a couple exercises to my weekly routine and they show up twice weekly whether I attended that day or not. Have to go in and subtract the time from the posted time to bring it back to 0 everytime...Does anyone know what steps I can take to turn these off permanently so I can just add in exercise as I do it?
