So today I learned that my 'go to' protein bar has far more carbs than it represents itself as having. I also realize how many carbs are in the no sugar chocolate powder in my coffee. Tomorrow I will skip the protein bar altogether. I hate throwing them away, but they're not worth it plus I want to move away from processed foods as much as possible. The SF chocolate in the coffee will be missed, but I need to move away from that as well to conserve carbs and minimize process food consumption. Here's to tomorrow!
