Here is a question. I know that on Fat Smash, Dr. Ian says that you should stop eating after 9:00 PM. Is it horrible if I have a small bowl of fruit at 9:30 PM or a dish of applesauce? I usually go to bed at 11:00 PM. How bad is the small, healthy snack? Thanks! Thomasb

Drum roll please...I woke up, did the bathroom business and jumped on the scale! I now weigh, 194 lbs and am very happy! I guess the diet is working. I feel great and the lbs I have lost are just the tip of the inshape iceberg...speaking of iceberg...time to eat some lettuce leaves!!!! Thomasb

How many hours until the weigh in? Am I going to be disappointed? I know that I am losing some weight, but I am eager to see the results. I will weigh in later today so that we can see the results! I am looking forward to seeing where I am at! Thomas B

Okay...did very well all weekend...no junk at brunch on Saturday and no fair food at the festival. I drank water and had some fresh fruit at the farmer's market! Hurray...not so difficult. Then on Sunday, I met friend's at Chevy's Tex Mex Restaurant and resisted the fresh tortilla chips and the fresh guac! I believe that the temptations are less attractive to me. Went to see "Hairspray" and had no popcorn or movie candy...I believe that my friend told me I was inhuman resisting buttery popcorn!
I am feeling like clothes are fitting better and I am anxious to weigh in on Wednesday morning. I am considering sticking in detox one more cycle to lose a little more. I love the feeling I have of good, clean living and have not missed meat in the least. I do miss a good glass of red wine, however....
