Walking is the perfect way to get some activity into an otherwise sedentary day! Go you! Stick to it and don't let the slow down discourage you. Just because the number is not moving, doesn't mean you aren't getting smaller! Very Happy

I saw that episode too, but 800cal a day has to be a medically supervised diet. I usually eat around 1000 - 1200 and when I told my doctor he told me that's a 'barely functioning intake'
