really I think the best thing is to go get a hydrostatic test done. It is the only accurate way to test that.

Weight gain
well it depends.. Are you weighing yourself then going to bed, or are you doing other things. Even if you dont eat after you weight you may still drink, and that drink can sit in your body.

Working out, Eating right, and NO WEIGHT LOSS....
It depends really. Just because you start exercising does not mean the fat will just drop off. First off it is hard to count walking, since our bodies are made to walk we will plateau really quickly doing that. You need to switch it up, shock your body. Try doing some weight lifting. Dont be afraid of getting big muscles, it wont happen. Try getting a partner and playing some tennis or racquetball.
