I am on Plan 2 as well. This past week was my "7 day break".. which increases your protein cuts out the bread altogether. Salad is not much fun without AkMak crackers or Wasa crisps.
I should hit 199 this week. Wish me luck! You are doing awesome Smile

Hungry
Hi Teebee! I know the feeling. I keep apples, oranges and grapefruits on hand for those hunger pangs. Try your fruit with some Stevia sweetener too.. it really seems like you're eating sweets, but no guilt!
Good luck Smile

A weird one: Tums and weight gain?
I have digestive problems, too, and I found the new OTC called Zegrid works great and I have no water retention. I take one every morning with my coffee.
