CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET...BUT HAVE BEEN ON LOW CARB FOR 3 MONTHS ?
I don't use sugar at all except when making something a bit sweet using Stevia. I crave sweets and found a site caringcandies.co.za. These products are all sugar free or sucrose free, gluten free, and have NO ARTIFICIAL sweeteners, colourants, or preservatives. They are naturally sweetened with Isomalt, Xylitol, Erythritol, Stevia etc. Most are carb free or low carb, while a few are are high in nett carbs. Suitable for Diabetics, individuals with Coeliac Disease, ADD / ADHD and those following a Paleo or Low Carb lifestyle!

CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET...BUT HAVE BEEN ON LOW CARB FOR 3 MONTHS ?
I have lost 8kg over 3 months...but is starting craving something sweet. Why? I don't use any sort of sugar in my diet...could it be hormones?
