I am 49, happily married and a Mom to a beautiful daughter(24) who will be making me a Glam-ma in October!
I started Atkins 4/20/11 after my doctor told me I was becoming pre-diabetic, after my annual exam.She suggested I see a nutritionist.
The nutritionist cancelled the appointment so, I began studying & reading. I learned Atkins was the best road to go.I had been feeling so tired and sluggish and I thought...this is age creeping up un me.I am so happy to say now, on Atkins I have so much more energy I honestly feel 10 years younger.
I am looking to loose abot 100 lbs. So here I go....I plan to stick with this food plan.
I cannot believe the energy I now have !
I work fulltime and with a G-baby on the way, I need energy! :)
