I live in Central Ohio, and I'm a wife, mother, and grandmother.

I've been struggling with my weight for about 30 years now. It's amazing how that "just 5 pounds a year" add up! At this point in my life I have to lose the weight. My knees can't take it, and I need to be able to chase those grandbabies around!

printing off diet
I went to print off my diet calendar (the weekly overview) this morning to take to my doctor, and I can't find where to do that. Did they put that function in a different area? I've looked everywhere and can't find where I can print off my pdf's.. Helllpppp. lol

Beachgranny3, first, I LOVE your screen name. Although I live in Ohio, I love the beach (which I only get to go to once a year)and I'm a new granny, so I feel like I've already met a kindred spirit!

Water Exercises
Can anyone tell me why there is no water aerobics, or water walking in the exercise listing?? Those are the things I have to start with (really bad knees) but I have no idea how to log the calories burned Sad.

Sick of String Cheese!?!?!?!
cottage cheese is a snack I go to, also I put it on baked potatoes instead of butter and sour cream.
