I am 29 years old, but I will be 30 on Feb. 10! AHHHH! I am happily married (to a firefighter), with no children (yet), and I am a fifth grade teacher. I have always watched what I eat, and I enjoy running outside. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease last year, and it really changed the way I look at my body. Now, I want to be healthy and feel good, rather than look "skinny". I like the Abs diet, because it focuses on foods that your body needs and uses efficiently. I enjoy most of the power foods, I never feel hungery, and I look forward to the "cheat" meal each week. And best of all it works!!!

I want to know the best Abs Diet dinner recipes you have tried. My husband is not on the diet as seriously, and wants things to taste good. Any suggestions?

Are you seeing much weight loss in first 2 weeks on the abs diet?
Both times I have used the Abs Diet I have lost weight quickly. My mom on the other hand felt that she did not. She decided to do a combo of Abs and Weight Watchers. She was having trouble digesting the wheat. She is 53 and I am 29, so that may make a difference. I have found that portion control is the key, and that is one thing that is difficult for me. I would rather have none, than just a little. Does anyone else have that problem? Any tricks?
