I am an older female who loves all things Middle-earth, even Tauriel. I may take up archery! I have been using SparkPeople to track eating & exercise, but they now run so many streaming ads that their website is practically unuseable. I was using "The Biggest Loser" diet, but am currently trying "Run for Abs", and need to set my calories between 1300 - 1600 daily plus exercise.

I'd start with walking. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes. I don't think anything beats walking outdoors on a nice, sunny day! Also, you might try out YouTube videos - there are dozens for things like pilates, yoga, weight lifting, etc. I've been watching kayaking instructions, since that's something I'd like to get into. Just think about things you like to do and start there. You'll more likely stick with an exercise program if you enjoy the type of exercise.Cool

It's not abnormal - everyone weighs more in the evening, that's why I weigh myself in the morning. If you drink those 8 glasses of water, that's probably 4 lbs right there!

Finally after a good year and a half of discipline and work....
GREAT JOB!!! Yeah, it would naturally take some time to lose 135 lbs - be proud for sticking with it for so long!

Old timers disease
I'd listen to my doctor - kidney disease is nothing to play around with.
