Hi, I have been on the yo yo diet now for 16 years, I dont know how I got this way, well maybe I do, I gave up smoking 14 years ago then I became a chef, great Job but got in to a really bad habbit, Ive never asked for help with my weight so I thought by joining a group would be a good start, I havent weighed myself for at least 9 months, I thought I would be around 140kg, when I had to see a doctor she weighed me 160kg, I just cried, so here I am, ive done all the quick diet diets but I always seem to put the weight back on again, I am going to do optifast for 2 weeks to give me a head start, then its sensible eating from then on, its hard to move arouond, I would love to cross my legs when I sit, I havent be able to do that for many years, my knees kill me, and I hate what I ware, but I guess you guys have heard all this before, I will keep you updated on how Im going, I will find a picture to post of me, Tarnia.
