Been sick for the last couple days so exercise didn't happen. So I will take any loss.

What a terrible week. I have no energy and now I know why!! I seem to have misplaced my voice somewhere!! no energy for the gym at all!!!

Well after yesterday I am happy that I am on fact still losing!!! I have to remember that I will have off days and mot to get discouraged!! I also need to drink more water!!I am trying to drink 100 oz. A day not there yet but getting there slowly

I got on the scale this morning and it was up 1.5 lb thank goodness its not weigh in day. I don't get it I eat very little!! I track everything I know I feel like I am coming down with something but really my good mood is in the crapper today and I will try harder on the treadmill maybe amp up my incline again, I really want to be under 200 before my 1 year check up with my surgeon. GRRRRRR

Eating preportioned foods only with 2 healthy snacks and no eating after supper. Finally something works. Now I look forward to the gym and I am not hungry all the time!!!!
