Have been heavy for years. After coming home from a cruise in November-weighed in at 252-decided to get serious about losing weight. My daughter has always been on my case and really got me started. She has me going to the Y-3 times per week and advised me to join fatsecret. She is a physical trainer and has me on a high protein type diet. So far it is working since 11/7 my weight is down to 214.
