A busy mother of 6 ranging from 22monnths to 15yrs..family history of heart disease, high blood pressure...need to lose weight and become more aware of what I put into my body...prayer is to live long to see them graduate, suceed in life & maybe one day grandchildren! and of course..theres that putting on clothes that dont fit! omg..thats gotta stop!
