well infortunitly i didnt make it to the gym today, im still so tired, but i think maybe an orange might give me some natural energy, its raining outside so i cant go out and walk, but i think imay get everyone and go to the mall and walk to something.

hi, im feeling really good today, i got up at 8am, my huspand and i watch our niece who is 1 and our nefew who is 4 then we have our son who is 1 1/2, so i got up this morning made coff, im trying to swich to decaf, but im having a hard time with that. i got noah the 4 eyar old a little pumkin to decorate i helped him with that then i did the dishes and then i ran to the store, parked in the back so i had to walk farther to go into the store, then i went to the gym for an hour and ran on the tredmill. i feel great, iv been tryin gto stay very active durning the day. i think iv been doing great so far[/color]

hi. i have started my diet sept 27. i was 186 and today i went to the dr for my check up, (my huand and are trying to conceive)and my weight was 181. yaaaa, im so excited. my dr, dr.pollens said that i dont want to lose more then a pound a week, because if you was to stop your diet then all the weight back. im so excited, iv always had a hard time with my weight.

hi, im new on here i got this site from my sister, she is super b. I was put on the GI diet by my dr. for polycystic ovarian syndorm. so my huspand and i are trying this diet. so any helpful info is greatly appreciated. thank you.
