My weight is creeping up, thanks to a few months of careless eating, and I want to get control of it. I'm pretty good at the exercise part of the equation, since I love to go to the gym and do things outside when it's nice. But I'm also a foodie, and making healthy nutrition choices will be a lifelong challenge for me.
