Here I am again, trying another diet, 1,543,654 diets now, lol. Well getting way to close to 300, just freaked my out, why did it take that long, oh and a visit to doc for yearly physical and her telling me I WILL have a heart attack within 10 years if I don't do something, sooooooo, I'm watching the news the other night and see this new diet from the UK, the 5:2 diet and this lady was lets say in the same boat. She has lost 140 lbs doing intermittent fasting. So 500 calories for 2 days of the week and eating normal the rest, OK, well I watched all I could about the author, Michael Mosley and so far so good, it has really helped with the binging, after a fast day, you don't want to eat that much, it resets your hunger, AWESOME. I pray everyday this works. I am 60 and only have 10 more years to work and enjoy traveling, life, grandkids and I definitely don't want to have the BIG ONE when I finally get to retire. I've been heavy my whole life and I feel I have wasted so much energy worrying about it.
