I've got three days left on phase one and I may be losing weight but gosh, it seems like its coming off so slow! I just remember every other time I was on this phase and it seemed like I got in the 130's so much faster... but maybe that's cuz I gained a lot more at this point before I started the diet? I dunno! A part of me is thinking I might as well just skip on to phase two, but if I did that I think I'd feel like a failure... I dunno. I think I'm gonna go out to a nice dinner in the city with Brian, so if I did that I know there's no way I'm staying on phase one for that. I mean I'm not getting dressed up and going to Palomino in SF to eat a salad and water! So anyway... what do you guys think? Is this slow weight loss normal? I thought I usually lost like 8-13 pounds on this phase... what am I doing wrong? I eat brocolli, eggs,salad, chicken, and tri-tip usually... I don't get it. Oh and lots of water or tea. HELP!!!

The weight isn't coming off too fast this time around, but at least it's coming off... my goal is to get to 120... I've decided! Nothing else to say really. I've been pretty strict this time around so we'll see how week 2 goes.

Well... I'm on day 4 of phase 1 and I think I'm doing pretty decent. I'm proud of myself for actually sticking with it. My boyfriend has been supportive too so that helps. Not much to say really... I eat a lot of meat and veggies, lots of salad... ya... it's going well... I hope to keep it up. I just want to get down to $120, so we'll see how long that takes... I'll post pics of the progress.
I think I'm gonna start a biggest loser competition here at work. I mentioned it to a few people and they really liked the idea. I'll keep you all posted!

So I've officially moved into my new apartment... happy day! So I told myself that once I moved into the new apartment and had to buy all of my groceries that I'd start SBD phase 1 and I'd be strict about it. I seriously feel awful about myself and with a new boyfriend... not a good feeling! I already talked to Brian and he knows I'm gonna do this and is supportive so I hope all goes well... I'm optimistic! Wish me luck guys... I'm gonna need it cuz I've been so unmotivated lately =( I need the help and encouragement!

So I decided I was tired of feeling like a fatty and needed something a little more extreme, so I'm fasting for 2 days. I went out and bought the stuff last night, so here I am today. I need to get back in the 130's at least... I can't handle looking at myself like this. All of my pants are getting too tight and I have some muffin-top action going on... NOT OK!
Other than that I'm moving on Saturday, so I really think it's the stress that's getting to me. I have a million food cravings and just keep stuffing my face... it's a problem. I'm hoping that once I get into my own place, I will have my normal food again and be able to get this weight off. I did much better when my ex wasn't at the house too... aka the deployment. Now I'm with someone else and I have a feeling that's making it harder for me as well. Having other people in your life is a part of life so I should learn to keep my habits the same no matter who is in my life...
