Day2 went really good... until the evening. I think I might've put a lil too much (not overly too much) dressing on my salad. Also, went to the opening of Harry Potter last night and I was able to resist the urge to splurge on coke but I ended up having a few handfuls of my friends popcorn. I felt guilty doin it too, but I'd forgotten to bring a healthy snack with me. I lied to myself and said only a couple pieces won't hurt and I can stop. Nope it ended up a couple hand fulls. I feel so guilty, but I'm not going to start over I'm just gonna keep on going. I feel that one slip up isn't the end of the world. I may not lose as much as soon, but I haven't totally killed it.
Day2 food list:
Cantaloupe
1/3 cup French vanilla yogurt
banana
6oz strawberry yogurt
2 handfuls grapes
2 sweet potatoes baked w/ small amount of seasoned salt

Well day 1 is pretty much over and the only cheat I had was a twizzler. Why I ate it I don't know it was out of snacking habit. Had lots of fruit today and tried an awesome oatmeal muffin recipe that turned out to be really yummy. I'll be posting it soon. I think that other then my one cheat I did pretty good today. Still a lil hungry but I missed my late snack so I'm gonna go grab a few chunks of cantlaoupe and call it a night. I know yournot supposed to eat so close to bedtime, but I'll be more likely to cheat and find some candy or something sweet or salty if not. YAY for day one being over now to just get through day 2.

So I'm starting this Diet for the 3rd time. Just keep putting it off. I've made it all day and so far so good. It's 4:30 and I'm starting to get the yummy food crave. REally tempted to order pizza for dinner for us. I'm really trying to bypass that. I can't find any really good sounding recipes that I like the things in them. Anyone have any good idea for recipes? I don't like tomatos or squash or stuff like that. I really want to do this but modivation is not coming easily.
