Well, I am 37 and had my first baby 6 months ago. I learned about FS through a friend and am glad I did. It has helped me get motivated to loose the rest of my baby lbs. I never had to worry about my weight before but things change after you have a baby, especially at my age...things slooooow down!!! I am excited to get moving and start a healthy way of eating that I can pass on to my sweet Sophia.
