Weight Loss and Resistance Training!
Hi Everyone, i'm new here, looking for some advice, i started resistance training at the beginning of December and my weight is slowly creeping upwards, whilst i'm aware that this is due to muscle gain i want to loose fat too!

Any suggestions on what i should be eating whilst training so i still keep my muscle tone and loose weight without hindering either? especially interested in ideas for breakfast that are low in carbohydrates but not always egg based.
