I have truly struggled with my weight my whole life. I was always told I was big boned come to find out I am actually small boned. Figures, right? So here I am, early forties and the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I was always athletic, I would run five days a week, aerobics six days a week. I am a mother of seven, so running is very difficult to find time for let alone anything else. I have also just recently been diagnosed with a moderate brain injury due to a car accident so that also limits my exercise. Depression is slowly slipping in. I want to be role model for my daughters but finding the motivation is tough.
