A whale swims all day, only consumes fish and water, and is fat. A rabbit only eats vegetables, runs and hops all day long, and only lives 5 years. Meanwhile a tortoise doesn't run and does nothing energetic, yet it lives for 450 years. And you tell me to eat well and exercise! I don't think so.😁
Kind of shocked I lost without trying, I will start trying this week.👍

Well, I am not Irish, but I will be enjoying this day and maybe playing lotto - one dollar is all it takes☘️
I am wearing shamrocks on this St Patrick’s Day, because real rocks are too heavy. Yep, corny!!! May you always have a clean shirt, a clear conscience, and enough coins in your pocket to buy a pint, (of ice cream)! 🤣 Plus, on that note, won’t be dieting today, but won’t go overboard, maybe just with some chips and green salsa! Irish Blessings to all!
Well, I really love corn beef and cabbage, so maybe I’ll attempt to make that today, but I haven’t made it in a long time. My mother used to make that all the time and it was so delicious and I know it’s fairly easy to make. When someone is murdered by a cabbage, they are Slaw-der.🤣 OUT 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️I know. It's awful.

My husband would never spend that much money on seasoning. If I need a spice and it’s on his list, he finds a way to get a tiny package with maybe 2 tablespoons in it. He’s cheap! Yet, he lets me spend and doesn’t question it. 😊 I guess it’s true, a man is incomplete until he is married, after that, he is finished.😄
My hubby is fishing in a tournament today, wish him luck. He’s getting better about buying himself fishing equipment. He was cheap even about that, but now he’s too serious about his tournaments. He’s trying to communicate with the fish by dropping a line.😁 OUT…🥺🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Didn’t work yesterday, took the day off and didn’t get much accomplished, but spent the day with my hubby, which was very nice.👍 Hoping to improve on doing chores today and starting taxes. 🥺 The difference between carp and the IRS, is that one is a bottom-feeder and the other is a fish.🙃 Scary for doing taxes always causes me to munch.😟

I’m in big trouble today for its National Potato Chip Day!😋😋😋
I have been very good about lunch and dinner, but I’ve been unbelievably bad about snacks. This day for sure will not help me. You may say, just don’t have any, but I’ve been through a lot with my son and I need something fun, so I’ve started munching. Just chip-ing away at life’s challenges, one crispy bite at a time!😊
I’m having a hard time of it getting my chores done outside with this daylight savings time. The sun doesn’t even rise till after 7 AM and I get up at 4 AM. I like to do things at least by 6 AM outside, but I don’t wanna carry a flashlight! The birds are up by 6 AM, chirping merrily! Birds singing in the morning reminds us that even when we are down, nothing lasts forever, especially not Daylight Savings Time!👍☀️
Have to runoff to work, may take tomorrow off I’m not sure though. Hey it’s 3/14 PI DAY!!!! Oh my gosh potato chips and pie. I’m glad I ran out of time for jokes on that, it’s avoiding getting into it with pi and going around in circles.😁 Out…🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Being good today. After a couple days of dealing with craziness I think there is calm and peace now. Told my hubby, I wanted world peace now too, he said whirled peas sounded horrible. He needs hearing aids, we’re getting old!😐
Was pretty good yesterday, no doughnuts, no sweets. Oh, I did have a very small bag of chips, my kryptonite! Sometimes I wrestle with my inner demons. Other times, we just hug and eat cheesecake.😁😋 It is National Coconut Torte Day. Never had a Torte in my life, but it sounds good. Maybe I’ll substitute it for cheesecake.😊
Thank you for prayers and well wishes for my son. I know the Lord will be there for us and see us through. I had everyone praying for my husband when he had Covid and was in the hospital. He was the only one that left the hospital. The power of prayer is not just a saying. Thank you my FS family, I just love the people here. ❤️🤗
