** My original account became corrupted and unfortunately the webmasters for fat secret seem to be unable to do anything to fix it... my historical data for food wasn't lost but my weight charts were. **

Lets see... a little bit about myself. I'm a geeky girl that works in IT. I go to gaming conventions to play D&D, card and board games. I also play WoW. I'm a little quirky and a very direct and to the point kind of person. I think analytically as opposed to emotionally. I'm married to an amazing and supportive man and I am a part time step mom to an adorable 6 year old and a 16 year old. In the past I did Atkins for a year, lost 75 pounds and then maintained it for 3 years. Unfortunately my life started to fall apart emotionally and I fell back into bad habits and my sugar addiction took back over. I was at my highest weight ever and for the first time felt unhealthy and out of energy so I decided it was time to finally get back up and do something about it.... and it worked. I've lost over 100 pounds now and have been maintaining that loss for over a year!

I decided to try Nutrisystem because every time I tried to get back on track with Atkins I found myself making excuses like "I'm too tired to cook" and "there's nothing in the house to eat". NS took away all of those excuses. I was sceptical at first since I had never had success with any eating plan other than Atkins in the past but I've been very pleasantly surprised and the food is actually very good. I thought I was going to just do NS for a month or so to get myself back on track with energy and then switch back to Atkins but I found myself not having any desire to leave, it was just too convenient and easy and it worked extremely well. If you need structure and a lack of excuses I highly recommend it. Not only will you have your main meals easily available for you, but you will learn about dietary exchanges along the way and learn how to maintain your healthy habits for the long run.

Not Adkins but Vegetarian Low Carb
Nope, this is how many people on Atkins actually eat. There was a point and time where I would barely eat any meat on Atkins and an active forum for it that I was on back in the 90s had a few vegetarians. It is very doable and very healthy since you will still be getting protein from other sources.

Recording hamburgers without buns
It will also depend on what spices they put in the burger. If they put in any fillers or sugars then it will add some extra carbs in. I'd email their corporate office and ask them for the individual bun stats to be safe.

skin skin and more skin

I almost wonder if reducing the (surely?) pretty significant extra skin after a 170lb loss (YOU ARE AMAZING, by the way - that's incredible!) might be considered a medical necessity rather than a cosmetic procedure??

Typically it's only a necessity if you're having issues like the skin getting rashes/infections from it piling up and not breathing properly. That doesn't happen to most people so it's not going to be covered most of the time. I wish I could get it paid for under medical.. I have so much loose skin as well that it's becoming a bit embarasing in something like a swimsuit that I actually look good in figure wise now.
