Good morning, everybody! I hope that you all had a wonderful day yesterday! I gained 2 pounds overnight! 😂 What a great day with family though! Now, I have to battle the Black Friday spreads at work. We are having Wawa breakfast sandwiches and Red Robin is catering later. I took a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel, ate a few bites, and threw the rest away. I will probably eat a few bites of burger later and throw it away. It's really hard around here at work.

My weight is slowly creeping down. Watch, I will gain 10 pounds overnight. I already ate 4 chocolate chip cookies. Who cares. Enjoy your day, everybody! Be merry and enjoy a beautiful Thanksgiving with family, friends, and a bounty of delicious food and drink!
