Well Ive been away from this for a while now and have gained back everything Id lost, I thought being single and the kids being grown would make it easier but really its harder. Now its too easy to just stop and pick up something one the way home, so its time for a change. I've lost the weight before, I know I can do it again its just matter of doing it, so I've got 38lbs to lose...Here I go.
