I am a 28 year old mom of 2. I currently suffer from PCOS which makes weight loss difficult for me. I live on a small farm in Southern NY where we raise pigs, chickens, turkeys, and veggies for our own consumption. Just looking to keep myself on target and looking for support as I embark on this journey to lose weight. Unfortunately, it is the only way I will get to have another baby because weight loss is the only way to subdue my PCOS symptoms.

I have the biggest loser too and I'm not that thrilled with it. I don't find that I get as good of a workout as I do with Active. I'm thinking maybe when I'm done with my first 30 day challenge I will do the challenge on BL in conjunction with another challenge on Active.

Pat, get one. My only suggestion is when you first start a 30 day challenge to choose easy the first day (you can change it everyday). I chose medium the first day and I'm so out of shape I was in pain the next day (it hurt to sit down to pee lol). The second workout I did was on easy mode and then I moved back up to medium. Just finished workout 12/20.

You'll love it! It is so worth the investment.

I love Active!!! I am 1/2 way through my first 30 day challenge and I love the way I feel when I'm done. I try and do one of the preset workouts on my rest days.

I hate inline skating too, but once you get used to it its not too bad. I really hate squat holds though. My legs are dying by the time I can stand up. No pain no gain right?

Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
I'm just trying to eat healthier. I limit my portion sizes and watch how many calories I eat. I try and find more foods that have more nutrition for the calories I'm ingesting to get a little more "bang for my buck" so to speak. Whole grains, fruits and veggies, and lean meat are my godsends. And who knew I could learn to like tofu?
