I am a 56-year old heterosexual male, happily married for 36+ years to the love of my life, and soul mate. We have no children. We are, however, the proud companions, cohabitators, and caretakers of a sassy black and brown miniature dachshund named Saidi (pronounced, “Sadie”). My interest/hobbies are few, but I intensely pursue those that I have. Genealogy: I have been researching my family tree for about 36 years and currently have documented 30+ generations, tracing some ancestors to Jamestown Colony, Virginia, Ireland, England and Northern Europe. I am always willing to share my data with anyone needing assistance. American History: I began a self-study of American history about 10 years ago, focusing primarily on the period just prior to the Civil War through the early 1900’s progressive era presidency of Theodore Roosevelt.
