Current weight loss plan: Keeping my calories low, walking every morning for about 2 hours, swimming when the weather permits and having crazy dance parties in my room for about an hour, 3 times a week. It's so much fun dancing like a fool to amazing music. If anyone wants to swap great songs to get us dancing, I would love that! Right now my favorites are SexyBack by JT, Telephone by Lady Gaga, and For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica. (Crazy list I know!)
Please add me as a friend! I'd love to have a group that keeps me motivated and to share tips and tricks.

The Big lbs Go So Fast!
So, all I've been doing is calorie count and walking 4 miles a day. I recently added on the Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred to tone and I'm on day 6 of level 3! (But still doing modified beginner stuff because I'm a weakling haha.)
In about 2 months I achieved these results:

I still have a bit to go, I admit I chose the most flattering outfit for this pic! I just measured my thighs, I lost 10 inches!! I've never had muscle in my life and I can't wait til my midriff and arms look as awesome as my legs. If I didn't have this site or the app on my phone, I could not have done it. Between keeping my calories in check and walking, it hasn't been as bad as I thought. Down from 196 to 175 and about 45lbs to go!

Which Is Better to Start With?
Yeah my DVDs came in today and I just did Level 1 Day 1..and I feel amazing! I'll probably stick with 30DS for the full 30 days then start rotating in the other two..

Frying Foods
So I have a quick question when it comes to calorie counting. Today I made homemade buffalo blasts like the ones at Cheesecake Factory. I used 1 buffalo chicken meatball (40cals), 1/2 ounce smoked cheddar cheese (55cals) and half of an egg roll wrapper (40cals). I figure 135 cals per wrap isn't bad at all! However, I then fried it up in some peanut oil. How many calories are added by the frying process? In my calorie count I used 1tsp of Peanut Oil (40cals) because I figured that's how much the wrap would absorb. Please help!!

Which Is Better to Start With?
Hey everyone! I just bought the Jillian Michaels DVD 3-pack, 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. Was wondering which one to start with between 30 Day Shred and BFBM? I was thinking of doing a full month of 30 Day Shred, and then cycling it with BFBM and NMTZ. Or should I cycle 30 Day Shred with BFBM for my first month, then just add in NMTZ? I want the most effective program. I also walk about 2 hours a day as well as (try to!) limit myself to 1600 calories. I want to lose the fat and build some nice lean muscles. Thoughts/ideas/suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! Very Happy

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
Lunges...especially traveling lunges. When my trainer makes me do them, I make him take me into one of the unused cycling rooms. I will NOT lunge around the gym! Especially my gym where the ladies are all sticks with coordinated gym outfits and the guys are all ripped and good looking! And even though people make comments about not caring what others think..I want to be as comfortable as possible. You're not going to give it your all if you feel awkward. I do the stuff I'm uncomfortable with at home, I'm being practical not pathetic lol
