Diet For High Cholesterol
Thanks for posting this guide to a healthy diet. Seems the majority of posts in forums are about KETO which I don't see as a balanced diet that would help keep cholesterol levels down although I've read articles that claim it can. Not sure how when people are eating bacon fat and cream, lol.

Hi & welcome Jasmine, I not new to FS, but I am new this time around. It's been many years since I was here before. I don't follow the KETO diet so looking for people who like a more balanced diet like the Mediterranean who fruits and vegetables. I do stay under 1200 calories a day however. Back again after a long hiatus
Hi everyone, I'm a 60+ grandmother returning to FS after a long absence. My life has been hectic and stressful the past couple of years, but I'm finally settled in to my new home and ready to get back to a healthy life style.
