DETOX is finally over I am so glad, it went by pretty quickly but I'm definately ready to incorporate some other foods in specifically chicken. I really enjoyed only eating vegetarian but occasionally I'd like some chicken. I also love that we can eat cereal cause I can use cornflakes in alot of recipes as substitution for things which I love gives me more options on what I can make. I had a total of 8 pounds weight loss over the 9 day detox and I really can see myself continuing to eat this way forever. I think that was the problem with alot of diets I tried in the past. I never saw myself on them FOREVER it was just a temporary fix kinda deal. But this one is different its something that I can see doing on a daily basis not just because i'm dieting and thats a good thing. Anyway I hope everyones day's are going well and everyone is still smashin!

I know I'm not suppost to weigh everyday but I do anyway. Its my only vice and to be honest I need it for motivation if I lose then I keep going the way I'm going and if I gain I know I ate too much the day before ect... So for now I'll keep doing it. With that said I lost another pound and I'm excited this diet is working so well. I shouldn't really call it a diet but reality is that its called Fat smash DIET so its a diet lol. Last night I wasn't too creative for dinner but I did come up with a great substitute for tortillas. Thought I would share...

Tortillas

1/2 cup eggwhites
2 packages of instant plain oatmeal
1/4 cup skim/lowfat milk


Blend all ingredients in a blender add whatever seasonings you'd like and cook like pancakes. Make as big or small as you'd like. I used pam olive oil spray in the pan to keep them from sticking. Turned out very well and we got to have veggie tacos was quite good. And great when your craving bread!
