Hello everyone,
I haven't posted In a while, mainly due to the fact that I started working overnights so I haven't really had much time. I'm still doing well on FS and as of today I have dropped 20lbs since starting May 7th. All in all this diet makes a ton of sense mainly what I've gotten out of it is portion control. I think that was my biggest issue honestly. I also did it with my husband so it was good to have someone there to keep me on track. I strongly suggest anyone going into this diet they have a buddy in real life to do it with that will keep you honest. Anyway I hope everyone else is doing well....
