I'm slighly over 30 yrs old and I'm finding it harder to lose weight. I finally got a wake up call about 2 weeks ago when my size 14 jeans no longer fit. I went from a size 9 to a size 14 womens in about 1 year...UGH! So, here I am.
I started the gym and I started doing spin class. I'm planning on going to the gym on a daily basis until I lose my first 20 lbs. I'm shooting for 2 lbs a week. Wish me luck!
