I am currently using OxyElite Pro and getting good results with it. I hit a plateu at 200lbs about 4+ weeks ago. Since starting the OxyElite Pro I have lost 9 lbs in about 4 weeks. It does make you sweat ALOT more during workouts and I'm just HOT all the time. You do have to drink ALOT of water with it, otherwise I feel a little sick to my stomach. You are thirsty so drinking the water isn't a problem. It does suppress your appatite too, which has help me reduce my calorie intake. It does contain caffine so I recommend start out with just one pill in the AM and then another 6-8 hours later if you feel you need it. Then up the dose to the 3 pills/day that is recommended as you need too. It is recommended that you only take it for 8 weeks then take a 4 week break before doing another cycle.
