How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week in the morning before breakfast with a buddy at work. We track our weight each week and encourage each other for the week. Even 1/2 a pound loss is something to celebrate. Because I weigh in with a buddy, it motivates me to keep trying to eat better.

What is the right balance between: Fat, Protein & Carbs in a day?
Thanks so much for the amount of information and the advise you have given. I was just concerned as it seems like my Carb & Fat consumption are higher than the Protein. I definitely am not cutting out the protein, but think maybe I should cut down a bit on the carbs, which is not always easy to do. Thanks Again!

I am new to this site and have recently began to watch/track what I eat. In a typical day, what is the right balance between Fat, Protein & Carbs? After I enter the foods I have eaten in the day, I have noticed my Carb consumption is usually the highest and Protein the lowest. What is the right balance to consume in a day.
