I didn't follow "the plan" yesterday. I ate at On the Border and then came home and had a hamburger and some toast with nutella on it. Nutella has WAY too many calories in it for me to make that a habit, although it is delicious. I'm getting to where I don't like restaurant food. It's so easy to mindlessly eat chips and salsa and suck down an entree without ever really feeling full, and then all you crave for days after is greasy food.

Doing relatively well today. Had about 3/4 c. oatmeal and 1/2 tbs. of honey w/ half of a banana for breakfast. Had a large serving of greens and a couple bites of candied sweet potatoes, along with half of a large roll and a small spinach salad for lunch. Had a cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp. cream and 2 tsp. sugar. Probably going to stick to veggie soup and fruit for dinner. I might have a serving of Triscuits or something too, or maybe just put turkey in the soup again. I weigh about 189 or 188 now, I need a better scale. But I'm in the 180's!!!! I haven't been there since this time last year. My waist is 34.5" now, which is about 2 inches lost since this summer. :)
