Back in May 2012, I only visited this site to look up the caloric content of some food. At the time, I weighed 127. Since then, I had gained six pounds. I started tracking food again on May 1, 2013, and lost 7 pounds within the first 24 days of May. My goal is still 118. Because I started working out with a personal trainer January 5, 2013, I'm strong, so don't expect to look like a little old lady when I'm down to goal weight.
