How many calories should I have
Achoice, when you complete your profile FatSecret will let you know what your calorie intake should be (e.g., activity level, age, height, etc and how much weight you want to lose per week). This number will be reflected as your RDI in your food diary. You can adjust this as you lose weight

New to Calorie Counter today
I am new and have noticed that some foods I eat are not listed or that the calories/fat/protein/carbs are not what is listed on the serving of what I am eating. Is there a way to manually enter foods and corresponding #'s we eat?
