steady weight

It's Monday!!! I am giving myself self pep talks to make this a great week! I finally got over the weird spacey-ness from my first week of induction and therefore I am heading back to the gym. I am doing the couch-5k running program and some elipitical work. I had a huge weight loss last week, but I figure it will slow down now. I am not going to weigh myself again until next Monday. I am ADDICTED to the scale, so I have to break that habit. I also am not going to the bathroom as much as I was last week. I think my body is finally understanding that I am going to give it enough water. I am drinking about 100oz a day of water, so I think I am doing everything properly.
Go team ME!

Wow, could not believe the scale again this morning. I figure it's true weight loss now that I have peed like crazy for the last 6 days. I still can't be letting go of all the stored water?!?
I am glad the scale dropped, I also know that I think I am going to stay off it now for a week because I figure it's going to stop showing any changes.

losing 21.0 lb a week

It's Thursday and I am almost through my first week of induction. I have lost six lbs, but I KNOW it's gotta be mostly water. I am peeing ALL THE TIME. I am drinking almost a gallon of water a day. I am hoping the peeing thing is going to level off after a bit. I always drank water, but I totally upped it at the onset of my induction.
I am still feeling a bit tired, but it's better than it was on my first and second day.
I am doing pretty well at staying at 20 carbs a day. I am taking my vitamins and additionally taking a probiotic at bedtime to help keep me regular. I plan to get back to the gym next week. I decided to take it easy my first week of induction and not wear myself out. Being tired is always a trigger for my overeating, so I am calling this my pamper and rest week. So far it's working!!!!
