In my 20's I weighed 126 lbs and mainly stayed on a low carb diet. In my early/mid 30's, I weighed 136 lbs., and stayed on a low carb diet, but had days I ate whatever I wanted. When I turned about 38 years old, I just quit dieting all together and started eating whatever I wanted. Now, I'm 42 with an extra 40 lbs on me. My face is starting to look fat, which I hate! I start low carb diets, and usually quit within a couple days. It's a lot harder to lose weight in your 40's than it is in your 20's! This is my weight loss journey!
