Where should I begin??
This weight loss battle started eight months after I had my daughter, who will be turning 6 years old next month, and continued after the birth of my son, 2 years ago. I am a wife and stay at home mom. : )

I was very active in sports til I became pregnant with our first child. I lost all but 9 pounds after I had my daughter, continued to exercise...then we moved 8 months later. I started a full time job, and the eating habits took a dive to snackville and the gym time became sleep time. Before I knew it, I gained close to 30 pounds.
Had our second child, and went back and forth with the weight loss/gain.
Long story short, I need to get healthy again!
My goal is to lose inches and pounds, gain some muscle mass and finally enjoy living in my body. That's all I ask for. lol.
