I did 20 minutes of cardio this morning and 100 pushup (25X4). I feel really good getting the right nutrition each day. I did not realize how tired I was until I started fueling my body with the right nutrients, vitamins and herbs. I hope everyone had a good healthy day today! if not let me know so I can give you some encouragement. Be Blessed Buddies!

Busy day to day but I was able to run 2 miles and follow my Herbalife nutritional meal supplements. I did reset my goal weight from 175 to 170. I feel that this may be a better weight for me. We were at Riverside City Council all afternoon in support of the Mt. Rubidoux cross. I hope everyone was able to be successful today. I was encouraged by one of my FatSecret buddies to just tackle one day at a time. Sound advice. Be blessed!

Today I had my Herbalife Mint Chocolate shake with chocolate soy milk for breakfast and Dinner. For lunch I had the spicy chicken sandwich from chick fil-et and crisscut fries. I also did 30 pushups and 30 situps and 20 minutes on the HealthRyder. Yes, I still do the HealthRyder and I love it. I also took my Herbalife Multivitamin and herbal supplements. I feel great. I did not weigh today but I will weigh on Friday!

I just joined a challenge of working out at least twice a week. I have already lost 18 pounds drinking Herbalife Nutritious shakes and taking vitamins/supplements. Just need to work out a bit. Looking forward to the great results.

I discovered that good health is 80% good nutrition and 20% exercise. I began substituting 2 nutritious shakes for two meals and I lost 18 pounds since October 2012. It works and it tastes good.
