Hi, I am Rose. I live in the Tampabay area.
Ugh, I was here before and then life happened. My mom was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Things have changed. I now live with her (mostly). For the first 6 months I didn't see my house much. I was trying to do it all. I was cooking for her, my family, and then me. I gave up after a while. I just started cooking for her. Her diet does NOT work for me. Her diet was to gain. I finally had enough and just cook for her and me. My hubby and son are big boys and can cook for themselves. After months of really not going home (Long story why but my mom was scared to be alone and I don't blame her) I started going home maybe one night a week and now I go home most weekends.
I had enough, I need to take care of myself. I let myself get up 293.1. I was higher than I ever was before and didn't care for a while. In May I started back up with keto and exercise. I'm done. I'm done being fat and out of shape. I'm done not caring about myself. I'm done not putting my health before everyone else's needs. I'm up to a 3.5 mile walk almost every night. I use intermittent fasting too and I LOVE it. I am starting to feel better physically and mentally putting myself as important was key.

Weigh 218 lbs - Class II obese (bmi 39.9)
Weigh 215 lbs - Unknown, just something - Decided on a facial
Weigh 191 lbs - Unknown, just something - Decided a massage and facial!
Weigh 191 - Class 1 Obesity instead of starting class 3 (from 48 to 34.9)

Weigh 163.6 lbs - No longer obese just overweight (bmi 29.9)- Unknown, just something
Weigh 150 lbs - Hubby treats to new clothes
Weigh 136lbs - Normal weight according to BMI (24.9) - New Thinx
Weigh 130 lbs - Full Body Wax - Husband pays

Adding foods
After you type the name of the food in your food diary section and it doesn't come up (make sure you click enter), there is an add new food button under it on the left hand side. Click that and enter from there.

Being Sick
I've been getting raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries which are all lower carb fruits. I just stick to a handful of any of them and it been keeping my fruit wants in control. Good luck!

Reports Page is Blank!!
Try logging into the Canadian site and entering it there. Sometimes if you do that it comes back here also. I couldn't enter somethings here until I logged in there, entered it, and then logged in here. Weird but it sometimes helps.
